This is a super simple treat you can whip up on a cold winter night. In fact, you should probably plan on doing it tonight. Don’t wait. It’s just too good.
Ingredients:
- 2 Honey crisp apples, halved crosswise
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 3 tbsp. Butter
Preparation:
Core apple halves with a melon baller to create a small divet. Place in a baking dish. In a small dish, combine butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar, melt in the microwave until butter is melted. Stir mixture well and add raisins. Spread over apples and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
